I know this has most likely been asked before but will first gen Iphone accessories fit with the 3G, i.e. cases

The new iPhone 3G is much different in the shape of the back of the first one, along with being slightly wider, taller, and thicker. So most first generation iPhone cases will not work with this phone.

Yep, same with the dock. The 3G doesnt come with one, and your old one wont fit

i bought a griffin case last week. its being delievered sometime today so i wil have it for tomorrow.

Doesnt AT&T stores carry Griffin cases also? Hopefully they have this one on hand.
