4.3.1 Safari Ipod and App Store Crashes iPhone 4

After upgrading to ios 4.3.1 I have the following problems:
Safari crashes when openedAppStore crashes when openedIpod crashes when openedSettings crashes when I try to Clear Cookies in Safari settings
I tried to:
Restarting iphone (holding Shutdown and Center button at same time for 15 sec.)Clearing Safari history, cookies and cache (clearing cookies crashes settings)Restoring iPhone using iTunes
None of these worked! I didnt tried to reset all settings because it would wipeout my entire content and account settings for mail, work, ...
Has anyone experienced this? Solutions?
