4.3 Incorrect ID shown and asking for password when Appstore updates iPhone 4

I use two identities on my iPhone 4. After upgrading to iOS 4.3, whenever I update a single app or use Update All from Appstore, it asks me for password for a particular ID, which I did not use to purchase the apps. There is no way to re-enter the Apple ID to switch to correct one. App Store was logged in with a correct ID.
I tried to logout from the Store, and log back in with correct apple ID, but it didnt help. Power-cycle the phone also doesnt help.
My temporary solution is to connect to iTunes, and perform the updates.
Has anyone encountered this issue?

app store applications have drm protection on them you have to use the account that was used to purchase each individual application in order to update it..
solution is to delete all of your applications and download them on one account

This is annoying....If youve bought apps with more than one Apple ID, youll be asked for the ID that each app was bought with when updates are done. It doesnt matter which ID youre currently signed in on. The app is permanently tied to the ID it was purchased with.
Are you sure the ID thats coming up wasnt used to purchase one of the apps that youre trying to update?
