3GS-Exchange Mail Cannot open messages or scroll iPhone 3G

Reply Topic I have a 3GS and an exchange email account. I receive new mail but after I go into my Inbox I see the messages but cannot click on them to open or scroll up and down to see other messages. I have deleted the account and created from New and shut down the phone. It is up-to-date on software.
Please help.
