21 days after sending an iPhone back for repair and STILL WAITING

My 8 month old Iphone died on the 5th of this month, so I called apple.
they said they would send me out a return parcel and once they receive the broken phone, they will send me out a new one.
The parcel comes out on the 11th (2 days late) and straight away I send it off.
Expecting the phone over the next few days I am happy to wait a day or two extra.... so by the time the 18th rolls in, im getting a touch concerned, I call apple support and they say the phone was never sent to them.
To prove that it was I get the details off UPS and the name of the lad that signed for it. then I am told the phone has been found.
On the 21st I call again asking where my phone is, I am told it will be shipped the next day. I get a UPS tracking number to follow just incase.
This morning, I proceed to follow this UPD tracking number....... ALL THE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, on the far side of the city.
Now I have just gotten off the phone and have been told that my phone has been lost in the facility and if things go to plan, I will have a phone out to me towards the end of next week.
WHAT A JOKE.
I have been using Macs since the LC10 came out and NEVER have I had to put up with this kind of crap.
SORT YOURSELF OUT APPLE.
