NO WiFi with iOS 4.3. on 3GS iPhone

After Updating to 4.3. no Wi-fi Network can be found anymore. On the Wifi menu the circle is turning for a second, done! no other comments from the phone.
Resetting the Phone and the network settings didnt solve the problem!!
Help is needed!

First, restore your phone from your most recent backup, followed by syncing your content back to your phone. If no change after doing that, restore as a new device in iTunes. If no change after restoring as a new device, you may have a hardware issue.

unfortunatly, a restore didnt solve the problem. I doubt that this is a hardware issue. Why exactly having this problem after an update? But maybe your right, just a coincidence
Is there a way to downgrade again to 4.2.1? did i get a new modem firmwar/baseband with 4.3?

What kind of restore, from backup or as new? If from new and your problem still exists, you very likely have a hardware issue. There are no further user troubleshooting steps available. There is no supported way to downgrade your firmware, as such is not supported by Apple. If you want to go that route, youll have to use Google for instructions. Good luck.
