No voice ringing iPhone 3G

Hello,
I have lost my voice ringing for incoming calls.
I used to have a vibrate of the iPhone 3Gs with system 4.2 and then a music starts.
recently, for unknown reason I lost the voice ringing. The iPhone vibrate when incoming calls come, but no music ringing.
I attach the configuration as it is in my iPhone.
Any idea to repair the situation.

Take it off of silent mode.
There is a switch on the upper left hand side, just above the volume rocker.
If you see a red dot, it is on silent mode, flip the switch.
