I have had my new I-Phone 4 for approximately 2 months. Consistently I have noticed that if my phone is relatively stagnant (no call usage) for several hours and I either make or receive a call, the other party can hear me, but I cannot hear them unless I hang up and call back or they hang up and call me back.
