no bottom menu bar on App Store featured categories top 25 search etc iPhone

Reply Topic Hi, I need help. I only learnt to turn it on yesterday. My hub and I bought two phones. His has a problem.
When you go to the app store he does not have the bottom menu which has Featured, Categories, Top 25, Search, Updates.

Without he cant do much. Can anyone help? thanks
